Who is FlexSet for?
FlexSet is made for beginners, returning lifters and experienced strength trainees who want clearer programming, fast workout logging and measurable progress.
Can I use FlexSet at home and at the gym?
Yes. Select the equipment available to you, making FlexSet suitable for bodyweight training, dumbbell setups, home gyms and fully equipped gyms.
How do progression recommendations work?
FlexSet considers recent relevant sets, reps, RIR values and performance trends to suggest targets for weight, reps and effort in the next session.
What does RIR mean?
RIR means “repetitions in reserve” — the number of clean reps you likely had left at the end of a set. It helps control training intensity.
Can I create and edit my own workout plans?
Yes. Create your own plans, swap exercises and adjust sets, reps, RIR, rest times, plan duration and deloads.
Do I need an account?
No. FlexSet works without registration, and your training data stays locally on your device.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Eligible new subscribers can try FlexSet Premium free for 14 days. The selected monthly or yearly subscription renews automatically afterward unless canceled before the trial ends.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
What happens when Premium ends?
Premium-only tools are locked again. Your locally stored workout data remains on your device.
Which platforms support FlexSet?
FlexSet is available for iOS on the Apple App Store and for Android on Google Play.
